How to prepare Cous Cous Bia

Cous Cous Bia is very easy to prepare, it only takes 5 minutes. Just pour thedesired quantity (about 50g per portion) into a container and add the samevolume (about 60ml) of hot but not boiling liquid (e.g. water, broth or, for sweetpreparations, milk or coffee). Leave to rest for a few minutes, then add salt and adrizzle of extra virgin olive oil and separate with a fork.
