A quality flour that is used in products that require rapid dough systems. Performs very well under “sponge and dough”, as well as “straight dough” baking methods.
Double Kris is highly recommended for breads, rolls, buns, sandwiches and other yeast- raised products such as Danish pastries and donuts. Also suitable for products where high dough strength is required, such as in crackers, puffs and pastries.
